Description

Sirius is a porcelain variety. It is a hardneck variety and usually has 6-7 cloves per bulb. Sirius is an unknown variety that we grow from our friends at Earth Apple Farm. They call the variety “Apple” after their farm, so we have decided to call it Sirius.

It has a strong, hot, long lasting flavour. The Sirius variety is the hottest variety we grow.

Sirius is sold by the pound. Bulbs are assorted sizes, and sold in mesh sleeve.
