Garlic is one plant you can never have enough of! Now that we have our own property we are rebuilding our garlic crop. This year we have planted twenty thousand bulbs and we hope to double that next year. Are main variety we grow is Red Russian, however we are trying some other varieties out as well. Each variety of garlic has a little different flavour and intensity.
